The apartments are quite spacious and the layout is good. The community has a lot of open areas and the landsc Read Moreaping is well maintained. No issues with the front office for admin related interactions. Front office has been very professional and accommodating.

My husband and I enjoy our apartment very much. We have some really good neighbors. The people in the office Read More are very friendly and try to be helpful. The maintenance staff are pleasant but there are not enough of them to keep up with the needs of this large a complex, in our opinion. There has been a lot of turnover in office staff in the five years since we have been here. Love the surrounding grounds of the apartment. Think the deposit stations for "pet deposits" need to be better maintained.

After two years of absolutely loving our third-story apartment and enjoying the awesome view, my wife and I ha Read Moreve lost our balcony, as it is engulfed in a curry odor five times a week. It is as if the new tenants below us (who are nice people, from what I can tell) appear to be running an Indian restaurant out of their apartment and thus must air it out each time meals are cooked. This odor has been so strong at times that it burns my eyes and throat. And the inside of our apartment is definitely not sealed either, as this odor seeps through our Kitchen, Laundry Room and both Bathrooms, so we have to use extra electricity to exhaust it out of these areas. Holiday weekends this year have been ruined because of this. I politely asked one of the teenagers working in the office how long these tenants have until their lease runs out, but was told that she won't provide that information to me. She then smugly told me that she would happily help us relocate to another apartment. US, not the new tenants. In over two years here, there have been a few bumps along the way, which are common while living in an apartment community, however considering the view and location, it was awesome. Now, whether inside or outside our apartment, it's disgusting, with no end in sight.
