Local Reviews

It is safe and well maintained and very high average income. Favorite local business is Lita's Mexican restaurant. My friends and I like going to a craft beer bar in the area.

I like that there are lots of trees, the neighbors are friendly, and most people keep their yards well kept. There is a park and a trail in the neighborhood as well that provides families a place to get exercise together.

I like going to the pool and swim and going to the park with my friends. We chill and have fun like normal teens.

We have a lot of younger kids in our area, but we don't have that many friends. And when we go outside there are always dogs walking with us.

There are a lot of shopping near by. I don't have far to go to shop or get food out. It's a good neighborhood for riding a bicycle and/or taking a daytime walk.
