They will enter your apartment anytime they want without confirming it with you. The gates are broken the majority of the time. Your car will get damaged from other residents and when you complain about it the property managers will just say theres nothing they can do because that car isnt registered to live here. When in reality they dont keep track of who lives here. The property management team is severely under qualified and confused. They never fix or address any problems and have turned this place into a dump.

There are some things that I am starting to notice. Like the fact that both bedroom-carpets were not fully finished. Also the window in the living room has holes underneath. Mold is quickly growing in the master bathroom and we have seen two cockroaches since moving in. Also last night our lights kept flickering in and out. Also there are some concerns with mold in the air system.

Payment of Rent - via Credit Card Single website - which is coming up soon Allow drying racks in patio/balcony Guest area parking - cars sometimes are not parked properly(anyway way to avoid - probably widen the lines). Giving some kind of notice also will be good to minimize such occurrence. Monthly/Quarterly - movie time(adult and/or kids) [Special note: YOUR SERVICE/MAINTENANCE TEAM IS AWESOME]

It would be nice if Camden re-instituted package delivery pick-up service. It could be for specific times/days and could be performed by someone other than a leasing agent.
