Clearwater Creek are the Richardson Slums. They charge a premium and increase you rent annually claiming market value and newest reason the State Farm building. What they offer you, old appliances and no AC. Im not a picky person (obviously or I wouldnt be living here) and I work 70 to 94 hours per week so Im barley home. However, while paying a premium I do have expectations. I require safety, working appliances, sleep and an easy commute to work. I have been here almost 2 yearsLast night for the third time my AC went out again,.. Dealing with the manager Marcela or Marshawn you learn quick just to move on take the high road. Having a conversation with her is pointless, better convo would be to bang your head on the wall 10 times, same result #trustme. The Slumlords have trained this woman well. Although I cant give her all the credit because behind every Slumlord is the management company. Final thought, I guess I feel like I ignore my door 1/3 gap in my door, overflowing trash issues, the filthy mail box area, cheap appliances, every other week the gates are broken, stained breezeways and stairs are overdue for a power washing. My point I can turn the other cheek. All I expect as mentioned above is safety, working appliances, sleep and an easy commute to work. End of day I have an easy commute to work..DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We have been very unsatisfied with how the trash situation is set up. It is a compactor, which I feel should be ran by maintenance at least once a day however, doesn't appear to be ran much, if at all. This allows trash to pile up on the ground in front of and around the machine making it look and smell unsightly. I feel that with as much money as the residents pay for rent, there should be no excuse for this to happen.

We lived at Clearwater Creek for 2 years. Great location, well maintained units and friendly front office. The only disturbing thing was people not cleaning after their pets. Management did a good job to remind people to do it and provided bags all over the place without a success.
