Not enough maintenance personnel. I have been waiting for at least a month for a new bathroom door and for my Read Moredishwasher rack to be fixed etc.

Water is turned off about once a month to fix some random leak. My apartment has a leak on the ceiling and aft Read Moreer 2 months they sent someone in while I was at work at night and didn't fix anything just moved my furniture so they could look at the ac unit where I guess they think the leak comes from. Cabinets stink of cigarettes even though I don't smoke. Pool has been closed for about 2 months in the summer..
