ROACH RIDDEN fireplaces are being sheetrocked over & giving roaches fantabulous living arrangements. MOSQUITO INFESTED decking around pool perfect breeding area ELECTRICAL OUTLETS I didnt know I should have checked outlets at mice in. Thought it was a given NOT ONE DRAIN PLUG ever in place. Tub & 3 sinks MICROWAVE DOOR broken & im sure leaks waves TODAY ~ no water. Maintenance fixing a leak on the 1st day of pressure washing renovation with no estimated time of water being turned on. One day notice on the renovation. MIND YOU I turned in request for repairs, etc., 3 weeks ago not one addressed. AND paid 6 months rent in advance.

I have lived at this community for 2 years and about to sign a new contract. Yes they have changed management several times in this property, however; it has been for the best. The new property management since May 2019 is by far the best one, they make you feel welcome every time we stop by the office, over the phone or by text addressing our issues with great professionalism and speed. I believe some of the bad reviews people give to this property, is more like personal problems because they are strict when it comes to rent, as they are with their personnel but is common sense if you approach someone in an aggressive manner guess what? You will actually be told to back off, anywhere you go! Many people here is dirty, my neighbor for instance always living trash outside and jet they dont want no one to tell them how dirty they are. Awesome management girl at front desk is super sweet and respectful.

New ownership means new management, i have been without ac since late may, put in request with allen, late may, they came to service ac and did not fix it. Instead they left the ac set on 70 knowing that it was nit working. For 2 days it ran up my electric bill as i was out of town. Upon returning i addressed this issue with Cynthia, according to her it was my fault as i did not tell them i was out of town. Its common sense if its not working dont leave it running. On june 8th i spoke with megan in the office as well as outting a follow up service request online. I have email comfirming my request. Nothing was ever fixed. On the 22nd i spoke with leo, she once again said they would fix my ac on monday after i informed her that its been a miserable 85 degrees in my apartment. Nothing was ever fixed on july 5th both leo and cynthia came to collect the rent. I told them i had made plans to break the lease as i was not going to spend another day in that miserable hot apartment. They of course both denied speaking with me about the ac. And could care less i was leaving.

One of things I didn't like and had made it know to the mgmt. staff was the kids that were at the swimming pool were unattended. Plus the kids as well as the grow-ups would swim in street close! I saw grown ladies with sundress, shorts, t-shirts and men in blue jeans swimming in the pool! I understand that some can not afford swim ware but, unfortunately there should be a sign of some sort addressing or expressing that issue. Your public swimming pools don't allow that!

Lack of parking, no laundry facilities available, rent for one bdrm was soo expensive after new owners , especialy for area . With previous property owners , it was gated access but new owners removed it.
