          I lived here for 3 years and had 3 different management companies. The first was actually not bad, they had their issues but nothing too bad. The next company was a little worse but tried. The company currently in charge is garbage. When they first took over, they had 3 different numbers listed. One on their website, one on flyers from the office, and one I messages on the resident portal. Youd be lucky to get through on any of them. They didnt take care of maintenance requests, just mark it as settled online. They once sent a message saying front doors would be painted and left open for hours to let paint dry, whether you were home or not. There were roach infestations AFTER they required pest control to spray. The AC constantly went out. When I tried to send proof of renters insurance, I had to get my insurance company to send the corporate office my proof of insurance, for them to review and confirm with the office. Only my company sent it 3 times, received a conformation that it was received and would be reviewed, and then the office told me they never received it. So I was charged a rental insurance fee from them. They will take any money they can from you and not care. Nothing about the place or management is near worth the price they slapped on after a paint job.

          Roaches, loud music from neighbors, pool becomes dirty after a week and turns green

          Do not communicate well with residents. Pool is not constantly maintained for residents during summer.

          I moved in May of last year. First off my apartment wasn't ready on the move in day and time I was given, they were putting in the cabinets and floor boards when I got there at my given time slot. Didn't actually get my keys for over 3 hours. Since then it's been a battle. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner, I still have 2 holes in my ceiling from the fan installation that happened a month after I moved in, I'm still missing handles on doors in my bathroom. And so much more!

          My unit had a bad roach problem. Weekly pest service did not solve this problem. Had to put everything in refrigerator and kept nothing in the cabinets. Store all my dishes in the dish washer.
