The first night I was here there were roaches crawling up the walls, in the carpets. Baby roaches and full gro Read Morewn. This apartment is infested! Id never seen so many! I spoke with the office they promptly got pest control here that next day to bomb the place. Afterwards I saw a few roaches.. Now its been a week since the bombing from pest control and the roaches have come back full force. I have a baby who crawls on the ground and I cant let him. I cant cook. I cant live this way. The front office girls are sweet I know this isnt their fault but I will be in contact with corporate. I have videos and pictures of these roaches crawling EVERYWHERE. Im at a loss for words its so disgusting. I loved this apartment and the location but I have had the worst experience here. Very dissatisfied with the grounds. There must be an infestation in the whole complex if this apartment is THIS bad. Make sure you check the baseboards and carpets before moving in. I never thought this would happen to me.

The office staff does not know what they are doing. Maintenance requests do not get fixed in a timely manner. Read MoreApartment was infested with roaches and complaints are not taken seriously. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.

While our rates have fluctuated over the years, we do base them on the surrounding rental market to ensure that they are fair and accurate. It is unfortunate that we were not able to change your perception but we hope you are happy in your new home.
For months I've been having toilet issues and put in wirk orders several times, but no one has come out to fix Read More it. Three weeks ago I put in a work order for my dryer because it quit working and is now an inconvenience for me to have to go dry my clothes at the laundromat when I pay monthly rental for washer/dryer. Last year my old apartment got flooded out twice. If it hadn't been for me calling the fire department with the second flooding, I would've continue having to live with an apartment that had growing mold. The first flooding was let secretly from corporate, but the second flooding was sent directly to corporate because the fire department was dispatched. Only then did I get moved to another apartment replica to the one I had, but had been told repeatedly that there were none available. It's things like this that makes me give this community an average score. In the past when I rented in other communities, any work order submitted was to be completed within 24 hrs unless parts had to be ordered. These work orders would either be submitted by myself or the leasing counsultants and/or manager and I would receive a message that the work order had been submitted and when the work order had been completed. Why has this changed? Are we under new management? I hardly ever seen any maintenance workers on the property. Are we short staff or having to share our maintenance workers with other properties like in the past? I'm not comprehending why things have changed in our community. This is very upsetting and somewhat inconvenient for me. Could someone please respond and let me know what's going on around here. As a resident of 7 yrs, I feel I have a right to know.
