    Gate is never closed, roaches no matter what you do, office manager never returns phone calls/emails, if the trees are over grown YOU have to tell the gardeners personally, no visitor parking so residents cant ever find parking, if you dont know exactly what is the issue with maintenance they dont investigate the problem they just tel you be more specific, very limited few units have updated AC units and not one of them is anything above the 2nd floor. Only units facing the parking lots are ever forced to comply with every little detail. If your unit faces the inside you literally get away with shower curtains hanging outside your patio. When I renewed my lease they raised my rent after living here a year. If you dont mind the cops being here at least 2x a week, having pieces of your vehicle stolen in the middle of the night, own your own security camera and never need maintenance then youre in for a treat.
