I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with RENATA Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from RENATA for the remainder of my years in SAN ANTONIO, and I strongly recommend their properties. Stay with peace ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leasing office Staff is very friendly and handles all maintenance request promptly.

Horrible roach problem. New property manager is trying but too little too late. Would not recommend this place

I lived here for a year. In the beginning I had to deal with roaches, and spend my own money on treatment because it was evident the pest control did not come, they don't ever leave a note saying they came so how would I know? Especially since I was still dealing with bugs. Eventually after my own treatments and money, they went away. Then came the issues of living in an older apartment and my upstairs neighbor, I lived on the second floor. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT at 11 Pm-1am then from 3AM- 7AM I was woken up from running, jumping, screaming etc. the apartments are older so the walls are very thin, so they would run the tub at 3 am and it would wake me up and it would go on for about 45 mins, this is EVERY SINGLE DAY since moving in (again, I lived here for a year it was excruciating). I had made 6 noise complaints on them because they seem to have forgotten someone DOES live below them but nothing was taken care of, this is the NUMBER ONE reason for me leaving this place. Laundry, it sucked $1.40 to wash and $1.40 to dry, the washing machines are small so for laundry i had to do multiple loads, then half of them are broken so they are still soaking wet. Then to get them completely dry after having to hand wring them out I once had to run the dryer 6 times! And it still was not dry. $20 later i'm still having to lay them out flat to dry. Laundry room is dirty and people leave trash all over. They also do not care for your safety, I made a noise complaint on my lower neighbor, she (office worker, before the new company came in) told the guy who it was, then he proceeded to go on his porch and threaten me for “telling”. Then in September 2023 my car got stolen!! They have ZERO cameras on the complex so they are actually no help and do not care ( again old mngmt) The complex is always trashed, dog poop everywhere, people do not care and will throw trash on the side of the dumpster, or dumpster is always overflowing (update, since new management this has been kinda taken care of). The only thing, unlike other reviews, I did not have an issue with my mail as my mailbox was not broken. I also went without hot water for a week, as well as no working outlets in the kitchen for a week bc of maintenance, and now I am Being charged for water bills from Jan- May bc the prior owners for some reason did not take care of things and now i am having to pay an extra on top of everything, and when I asked for proof that they sent an email stating this was going to be added on, I was ignored… They recently got bought out and so far the new company has been ok. Honestly if it was not for my neighbors and the poor management prior, I might have stayed. Beware. Hopefully the new company can turn this place around, Since they have bought the complex they are taking matters kinda seriously and they follow up with emails daily/weekly to reassure the community they are taking care of issues, which is nice. I don’t blame the new management for this. This is a result of bad policies for a long period of time. I hope they can improve the complex in the future, but for future residents. Nothing about these apartments are "luxury" either.
