Terrible place to live. The management looks for every way possible to squeeze every cent out of you. Example: they will tow YOUR car if someone parks in YOUR space and you are forced to park in someone else's just to put groceries away. Came back to my car after groceries were put away to move out of that spot and my car was gone. I was inside 15 mins. But the people who parked in mine were there all night. Also Zero breaks on late payments. I was late on one payment in 3 years and they don't waive fees. Also My car got broken into twice while living there. One time they stole the gate remote and the office made me buy a new one for $50 like it was my fault. So yea that leads to my next point...zero security on premises. Also I lived there for 3 years and when I went to turn in my final payment they said oh btw we forgot to charge you for a deposit 3 years ago you will need to pay that now. No payment options. Just give us our money now. Also cats roam all over the complex tearing plants and other things up on your balcony. That gets annoying really fast. Also Rent goes up $150 every year with no reasonable explanation. Only good things I can say is the maintenance is pretty good. They usually fix the problem same day or next day at the latest. And the location is really nice. But I would never live there again. Its just not worth it. The rent is too high to deal with management.

I lived here 6 months and took excellent care of the place. I had to pay a $2,500+ early lease termination fee because I got a job in Irving, Tx. My brother and I spent 3+ hours cleaning what was already a clean place anyway (because that is how I am) but we cleaned every inch of that apartment. There was no damage what so ever. They did not do a final walk-through with me because they said that would have to happen during the week and I had driven back down from Irving to give my check and turn in the keys on a Saturday. Anyway, I have received a bill for nearly $300 (after my deposit was applied) for cleaning, carpet cleaning, paint, etc. Like I said, that place was in excellent/clean condition (unlike when I moved in and the floors had not even been swept and mopped). Sure, the $300 is probably minor to most but after paying $2,500+ and then spending hours cleaning it anyway, this just ads insult to injury. I believe that they just used me moving out as an opportunity to paint the place (since they have been doing a lot of work around there lately) and charge me for it -- if they even painted. I have seen some other reviews where people have complained about this very same thing so I think it is just how they operate. Be warned.

I had to contact the management office several times to get items repaired. One big issue that I had was that the entry door had at one time been kicked in. All that was done for repair to the jamb was to use finishing nails to hold it in place. I complained enough and finally the door jamb was replaced. When I did move out, I was denied my deposit. I had barely any furniture in the apartment, but the management company claimed that the walls were scraped and had to be repainted. Not very nice.

Management was always very rude...
Parking is horrible to come home to nomatter what time of day.
Maintenance was rude as well, there are so many an yet they do a poor job in replacement.
Residents whom live there are not friendly, an the place itself is not kid friendly at all.

In addition to the standard deposit fees, they tried adding a "new carpet" deposit for me to pay at move in, but since the lease had already been signed, I fought it and they removed the deposit and installed new carpet anyway. Then 7 months later when I moved out, they kept my full deposit and charged me for brand new carpet anyway! Total cost for me upon move out was about $500 including the deposit they kept! Unbelievable! I do NOT recommend them.
