Wonderful layout, but office and maintenance are very intrusive. Was promised a bunch of repairs that were never performed. Some repairs we asked for too over a month to complete. Maintenance enters the apartment without notice, leaves no work orders or notices that they were there, office staff has a monthly inspection. It's to the point that we do not feel we have any privacy. Overheard the manager tell someone else if they didn't like all the inspections, maybe they should rent a house. This is not the way I expect to be treated in a community that is supposed to be upscale. For the money I pay, I expect better service and more privacy, period. Lease somewhere else. This place might be on the market to sell.

The Vintage is a small and unique apartment village. it is not a big box, vanilla, let's see how many apartments we can squeeze into this property complex. The very few times I've had a request it has been handled promptly and professionally.
