Trails of Elm Creek

The apartment fixtures, cabinets etc are outdated and falling apart. The maintenance team is slow, the office staff is rude and dismissive. My apartment along with many others has been flooded repeatedly.

I do not always feel safe here. Also there are too many things management wants me to take care of myself.

The apartment office are so sweet and do all they can. Maintenance works quick. I'll call about an issue on the way to work by the time I get home it's fixed. Only issues I have is the roaches. The first couple months it was fine than someone moved into the building and infected the building. It's only my building due to knowing someone in another building who was surprised since she hasn't experience roaches at all. Great location for the price due to all other apartments are a lot higher.

I enjoy being able to submit maintenance requests online. However it has taken maintenance up to a week to simply replace an air filter. Supposedly pest control comes 1-2 times a month, but we've never received notice that they came. And we always have issues with wasps outside, ants and recently spiders inside. Children are always running around unsupervised, and iIt's also unfortunate that rent is raised every year we have renewed our lease, but no improvements have been made to our apartment.

They don't like to fix things the right way, they are always trying to get out the cheapest way possible yet they like to up our rent every year!

TOE staff has always been friendly and attentive to respond to problems I've encountered at their property.

I've actually lived here going on 4yrs, reason being kids go to school across the street and it's quiet around here. It is starting to get frustrating! Due to the fact management changes like ever other month, There's been no changes since we've lived here other than rent goes up! I've had to go buy and replace things that the Apts are responsible for. We've had mold and dust build up since before we got here. Me and kids still suffering from that, I have one that's allergic the whats in these walls. Kids doctor had to send an email to management informing them of my kids sicknesses. All they did was have "carpet cleaning crew" come pull vents off took them outside and repainted them! I can only imagine how long it's been since the airways or appliances have been updated. My dishwasher been out over a month, was told can't do anything til the 17th. So I've called and put in orders still no response! All of a sudden ended up with the roach problem last week. They been fixing the one under me, since they started, been roach city! The lady that lived under me only lived here for only 6 months. She was literally hospitalized for Asthma attacks. Do to the build up in our walls, sad part. She don't even have asthma! We've had major leaks and never once properly sealed up. Starting to feel like im paying y'all to kill me, versus rent a suitable healthy environment for me my kids. Hoping this new team does a better job🙏🏻

I lived there for three years my cars rims got stolen after the first month of having it kids in the apartments broke our bedroom window my couch was ruined from water damage that leaked from the apartment upstairs mold all in the restroom toilet leaked and would flow under the door to my bedroom and messed up the carpet at the entrance to my room multiple times paid not only for a deposit but a dog deposit and paid rent for my dog as well after 3 years you would think they would replace the carpet period so why charge me for that my mom got sick with Covid in icu my lease was up paid what I thought needed to be paid so I can move in with my dad to help him during my moms passing and thought there was more than enough in deposits to cover honestly just the living room blinds that after three years as cheap as they are fell apart other than that apartment was in good condition when I moved out for the conditions I had to live in I was never ever late on rent and overall a good tenant come to find out they said I owed $371 for this and that now it shows I have a broken lease on my credit report over $371 I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone had to replace my tires from trash being everywhere running over things I stayed that long because I work too much to move jumping from apartments if it wasn’t for sierra at the time that worked there I wouldn’t have stayed as long she just kept reassuring me it would be taken care of but the fact I can’t dispute this charge so I can move into an apartment is crazy I shouldn’t owe anything for the conditions i dealt with

The office staff always fast and friendly, and the repair request done fast

I love it here. All the staff are great! It’s nice quiet neighborhood. It’s clean, the maintenance is great with keeping up with the grounds. I’ve lived in San Antonio for a few years now, and Trails of Elm Creek apts is by far the best community that I have stayed in.

Everyone has been cordial and friendly including staff since I’ve been living here and it’s wonderful. I have made some friends since moving in and always made to feel welcome.

Family oriented,quite for the most part

very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff, the office staff is always pleasant, greets you with a smile and very welcoming.. we have been here two years and never had a problem, maintenance work orders get done promptly and accurately. its very quite and neighbors are friendly.. i highly recommend trials of Elm Creek. Diana is the office manager and she has helped me with any questions or concerns i have.... thank you trails of elm creek for being so welcoming and making us feel at home

I have to say that The trails of Elm Creek apartments are amazing. Let’s start off by there staff from the amazing ladies in the office that show so much care and compaction especially when it comes to the kids now that is always number one in our book when they treat our children as there own! Next lets talk about maintenance always quick to respond when ever there’s a concern and so diligent and thorough that kind of maintenance team is hard to find! Last but certainly not least the property always kept maintained and cleaned, pool is always clean and lawn care is always taken care of! What i love about the property is the play ground, basketball court ,pool, area for the fur babies to play in and picnic benches! Just wanna say thank you Trails of Elm Creek for making our stay here that much more pleasurable! Now this is what home should always feel like!

I love living here. Some minor issues but the front office does their best to tend to requests. It's great for bus transportation and everything is close by. I've been here for almost a year and already have renewed my lease.
