Stayed there twice... have to becasue my few friends stays here so when i moved back to san antonio, i chose s Read Moreame. Both time after vacating they took all $200 deposit and first time sent notice to pay additional $140, second time additional $206.So second time thy took total of $406 as settlement just on the name of cleaning... That too when I and my wife did lot of cleaning and gave them apartment in really very good condition...In my Second time stay i felt maintenance was very slow.. they use to come in 4-5 day for even urgent things... Even some missing thngs I found in move-in got fixed in 2-3 months.I will never refer anyone here.

Everything started off good until I got MILITARY ORDERS TO PCS. I lived here for about 10 months. The neighbor Read Mores are very friendly. When I got military orders to leave I gave Tonya and Trevor a heads up in January and filled out the paperwork to leave in May 31, 2017. The orders didn't drop officially drop in the system until the beginning of May but they told me to fill out the paperwork and just bring it when I got them. When I bought them in Michelle had no clue what was going on because it was not saved in the system. Trevor no longer worked there and my paperwork was never submitted. I resubmitted it to Tonya. On the day I went to turn my keys in the Manager didn't even no I was moving. She claimed she looked up my file and it was not in the system that I was moving and she did not even see my orders. I had to wait to come back the next day and turn my keys into Tonya because she was the only one who seemed to know what was going on. I move out and I get a call from Tonya 2 weeks later asking me to submit my orders AGAIN because they couldn't find it. Then she called back and said they found it. I paid a total of $300 for a deposit $200 for a pet deposit and $100 for the regular deposit. They charged me 87.07 for carpet cleaning which was expected because I did not clean the carpet before I left. They charged a $50 exterminator fee for having a dog which was another expected charge in the lease agreement. Then they just started adding ridiculous charges for paint for 67.26 a cleaning for 97.21. I cleaned this apartment before I left. They took the entire deposit and I owe them $44.00. Do NOT move here they will RIP you off when its time to leave. I have never owed any complex i ever lived in money after moving out. I have always got my deposit back. Here they took the entire deposit and I owe them an additional $44. This place is ridiculous!

I have been a resident for more than three years. I find the rent a bit high, but the apartment has the ameni Read Moreties I require. Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences here. Early on, an office staff member signed for a delivery to my apartment and then didn't have it when I went to get it. They didn't offer any kind of apology or reimbursement even though it was their employee who signed for it....they referred me to the lease which said they "were not responsible". There are others..
