This new Asset Living team is horrible. They never answer the phone and are y'all even open on Saturdays? Bring back Franklin he was the best. They should have kept the old team because the new office people are 0 stars. Fire them all.

I have noticed a change in the efficiency of maintenance, I am concerned about the damaged gate, and the pool is not available because it is broken. 2 weeks ago I requested to replace the door curtain and they have not responded.

Hello I am your current Lead maintenance technician here on property. I need the number to the owner of the property. There is some seriously scandalous stuff going on here and it is not right! Ive tried talking and asking management and regionals to see if they can work something out but I get no response. And if I do get a response it’s completely unreasonable when all I’ve done is break my back for this company. Is anyone willing to help instead of putting my daughter and I through more turmoil? I am being exiled and treated unfairly.

love this place. management is amazing and understanding and extremely helpful. maintenance has always worked my issues same day. place is clean and pet friendly. I've never renewed my lease and this is my 1st time and i have and still am very happy living here.

They need more security instead they put speed bumps every 30 ft. But didn’t bother to sweep up multiple piles of broken windows. I get robbed all the time. Come out to a broken window and a vehicle that’s been ransacked on average about once a month. Do yourself a favor and save money by getting a nicer place. I tell the front office I got robbed and they just say “thanks for letting us know”.

My daughter and her roommates entered military service to their country and this place is not honoring their commitment to their military clause on their lease. They did everything as they were told by management and now have been sent to collections after following all instructions and abiding by their contract with this apartment complex. All families involved are military with over 60 years combined service to their country and this is how they treat their military... Very sad....

My daughter and her 2 roommates enlisted in the Army and Air Force. They submitted orders and West Pond tried to charge them for breaking their lease. We took in the orders and reminded them about the Soldiers and Sailers relief Act and we thought it was all handled. Today, we got a letter saying West Pond sent them to collections for over $1,400. We will be hiring an attorney, going to legal on FSH and Lackland. I will do my best to get them blacklisted by the military. Their treatment of our men and women in Uniform is disgusting to say the least. If you're military, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
