    I do not usually write reviews, and I especially would never write a negative one, but I am so frustrated that I honestly don't know what else to do. I moved here in August of 2016 and immediately had some issues with maintenance, but nothing too bad. I am not sure if management changed or what happened, but the entire environment of the complex is completely different now. I am a quiet, clean tenant who pays her rent every month on time. My lease is up at the end of this month and I am now being forced to pay an extra TWO MONTHS of rent ($2,000) because they are claiming that I never provided notice that I was moving complexes. I know this is false, however, because I provided written notice in late FEBRUARY that I was leaving. They will do anything they can to fine you as well. When I moved from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment, I was given a bill of $500 (not including my security deposit of $150 that they kept) to clean the one-bedroom apartment. I am not a messy person and the only thing I could think of was that maybe dog odor from my pup was in the carpets, but it does not cost $650 to replace carpets. Overall, I am so disappointed in the way this place is run. I have had many great memories here, but unfortunately now I will not be able to pay for my summer tuition because this complex wants $2,000 from a struggling college student after accusing me of not providing a notice, which as I mentioned, I did. This is all VERY saddening. Do not move here if you can avoid it.

    Don't move here. The maintenance never comes, they attack you with hidden fees, and they care far more about making an extra dollar than making the customer happy. Once you sign the lease you're screwed. Been forced to live here for the past two years and it's been by far my worst experience with a company and they're only getting worse as they install new management every few months.
