Dont move here. The Management does not care about you or your family they only care about collecting their money. They don't enforce the rules, management changes every few months. Currently they are gouging us with unreasonable water bills. In face one tenant (single person home) was charges $500 + for 50 days of water. We are attempting to band together as a community to resolve the issues.

I think the management staff is nice, but I have had a number of concerns that were not taken care of in a timely manor, or at all. And this started the day I moved in. So the property I really like, but the management staff lacks responsibility to me, and possibly others.

The management team are very great and when maintenance is needed they come out quickly. I really love the community.

Just theres no parking for visitors, rules can be broke by certain tenants, no response from office when you email.

Management staff was rude, unresponsive to attempts to contact, and hardly ever in the office. They never did a walk through at the beginning of our lease and then charged us (outrageous amounts I will add) for previously existing issues. They do not require other residents to keep their properties clean. I know it is common for rental properties to keep most of you deposit for bogus reasons because no one has the time or money to fight for such a small amount, but I felt robbed by Saddlebrook

I got notices all the time about the lawn needing to be cut when the lawn was cut every week. Then even if the lawn didn't need to be cut they would cut it and charge me. The water bill was always outrages. We asked them to come check for a leak and was told we used a lot of water. When I did maintanience request they never fixed it properly.
