There is a lot to be done within the interior of the apartment. Certain things are broken (ie. cabinets). Also it takes maintenance a long time to respond to resident issues. Another thing I do not like is that they don't inform about the residents about changing policies like the pet policy.

Work orders were not completed in a reasonable time. Scheduled inspections didn't happen until weeks after the set dates. At times, the amounts for the water bill weren't calculated in time to include them with our rent as per the lease agreement.

I have lived here for almost a year and the gym equipment has not been fixed or replaced. I usually work out outside or sometimes go to the Texas State Recreation Center. It upsets me that I basically don't have a gym since the equipment doesn't work and that it's been almost an entire year and it has not been fixed.
