The drier was broken in the unit. Maintenance went in apartment 2 days in a row to only leave the same note TW Read MoreICE stating " Hose is broken, YOU have to buy the new one". Then was very rude when I walked into leasing office to ask if I was responsible to buy the new hose.. Which of course Angela's answer was "No, She does not believe the resident should buy new hose for drier". This is not the first time he has failed to show good customer service when providing his assistance.
When reporting at 10PM that our AC was not working and was 80 degrees inside with a newborn and 3 year old he did not seem to care when calling the emergency hotline. ( an AC unit should have immediately been provided ) but stated he was going out of town in the morning so did not want to make the drive. Then forgot to mentioned it to Ricardo who I got ahold of the next morning to report the AC was still not working. Very unacceptable on his and the companies part. The AC was not fixed until the next day around 6/7 PM. But huge thank you to Ricardo who always made an effort to pick up the slack and provide great service!
