Quick responses to maintenance requests, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking, all covered.

Quality of construction is poor. For example: (1) the windows glass panes in all the rooms have huge gaps giving no protection from the outside vehicular, fountain, loud speakers at Stadium...I did bring this to the notice of the leasing office but was told nothing can be done as that's how it is. (2) for some reason, I see the ground floor aisles are always wet with water and is very slippery most of the times. It seems there's some serious leak that needs immediate attention...and there are other issues that I brought to the notice of leasing office but see no improvement.

I have only been there a for about 4 months but I love living there. The staff are very friendly and I feel safe. I love the fact that they have security because I work nights and they are always walking around. The grounds are always nice and neat. Maintenance guy is awesome. He is very nice. So far I am very pleased. Carlotta

air conditioning always broke down. I paid my bills on time every time and they said I owed when I left so I paid again then they sent a collection agency so I went and showed my proof that I paid and they sent another collection agency and now its on my credit and will not go away and no one will help to fix it.

Parking issues for building 2 are still unresolved, even with the issuing of new hanging parking tags the complex takes zero accountability to new parking amendment. 80% of the time I park on the other side of building 1 - while others with red tags park in a blue Zone. Hold people accountable - it's embarrassing how long this is taking to get corrected.

Some of the Management people who work there are rude. One of the Management ladies who lives there doesn't even talk to the residents not even say hi . When I told them that I will go month by month they were trying to make my situation in emails (by mistake they forwarded their internal email). After Harvey Hurricane, they increased the rent by a good margin. Though I had professional cleaners clean my Apt during my move out, they charged me almost $1500 towards regular wear and tear.
