The pictures and descriptions posted were very nice as was the listed pricing per unit and amenities. But, like any apartment community, the most important feature is the staffing and maintenance. I have no way of knowing anything about these things except that, after completing a web based form asking for more information and giving answers to questions about me and my wife, we received nothing. Not a call, email, text, nothing. Obviously the community is full but thats no reason for being ignored. Just saying is all.

The space is a good size when you look at numbers. The shape however, is a rectangle making it difficult to arrange the furniture. The area is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbor. However, the amenities are few for the price. You can either swim or go to the gym. I would like to see a volleyball/ basketball court or open area in which to play soccer or football. Also, parking is scarce for a two vehicle family.

The office personnel are most gracious and efficient. It is a pleasure to do business with them and they are always looking out to help out the resident. The maintenance service is impeccable as repairs are almost always completed by the next day. The apartments are maintained wonderfully from pest control to touching up paint! The grounds and walking trail are immaculate, and make owning a dog much easier. This is the best apartment complex in Temple!

Great office and maintenance staff. Overall appearance of the complex could use a little help: ie leaves, groundscare, etc. Again the staff is great! As is the location- safe and close to everything inc I35.
