    My personal experience is GREAT, all of the staff from headquarters to maintenance is putting their residence concerns/needs first. They immediately respond to the safety of all tenants(great security on property) They are also willing to work with indivisual change in circumstaces. They don't slack in rules and regulations for thats what keeps The Breakers well organized and impressive. Their professionalizm is the best. You will also enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, trees,landscaping, fishing, jogging trail, swimming pool, gym, and more....I Love The Breakers Apartments.
