The residents are loud, trashy and just dont care about respect for anybody else, one resident has 3 vehicles Read Morein which they park in the front three parking spots and rotate them when one moves, there is no assigned parking which makes it to where we cant leave after a certain time of night because there will be no parking spots open and would have to park in a restaurant parking lot and risk having your vehicle towed because residents have multiple vehicles parked in the parking lot and on holidays there is absolutely no parking spots open because the residents have 20 or more family members over for parties and take up all the residential parking. The parents give the children beer bottles and allow them to break them all over the place including our back porch in which we use to enter and exit, theres always broken beer bottles and beer cans all over the parking lot during the weekends, the upstairs neighbors have no respect and sounds like a football game is going on up there all hours of the night. Honestly cannot wait for our lease to be up so that we can move out of here, its not the kind of living we are used too. We are used to having assigned parking spots, cleanliness, not having to worry if we are gonna run over broken glass bottles or step on glass or disrespectful neighbors.

Oh no! While we value all feedback, were sorry that youve been dissatisfied with aspects of our community. We understand your frustrations regarding limited guest parking at our community, however, please understand we try to offer priority parking for our valued residents first and foremost to make their residency here most convenient. Please stop by the leasing office at your earliest opportunity so we can discuss your concerns and work to resolve them.
They barely do anything about all the broken glass in the parking lots and sidewalks. Also, parking sucks so b Read Moread... If you aren't "home" before midnight or earlier you don't have a parking spot; then you have to park in the businesses and hope your vehicle doesn't get towed!
