I moved to Texas a year ago and quickly found Park Apartments the staff was friendly and made the transition for my family fast easy and conveint we have had a wonderful time living here and also brought our newest edition our newborn son home here wonderful place to live.

The staff is excellent. The rental and move in was quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Found a are neat and tidy. Trash pick up is seamless. No loud banging or noise..

Karen and her staff were super helpful!! Karen had no issues with answering all of my questions. She took the time to hear me out and she provided me with so much more information than I expected!! Her staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you Karen for making me feel at home while looking for a home!!!

Karen, you and your team are absolutely amazing!! I toured this place with my husband and not only were we taken back by the apartment but also the customer service that was given. It was Karen who showed genuine excitement and care about not only for me and my husband but for the property and that made us decide that this was the place. During the application process they walked me through every step even when I felt like I was a complete nuisance Karen and her team showed great care and answered any question I had. I KNOW THIS IS THEIR JOB, but we have all experience people who didn't care and would just go through the motions, and this was not the case.

I moved into Park at Spring Creek in August of 2017. In the beginning I was very excited because they made the leasing experience pleasurable and built up the community. At the time the property was clean. Since then it has been one thing after another with these apartments. The first thing was my washer went out (provided by apartments) during the wash cycle. It was full of water. I reported immdiately to the office. It took nearly 2 weeks to get a maintenance man over to look at it. Mind you that is all he did was look.. He left the now stagnint water in the machine. By the time the machine was fixed over a month later they tore up the lenolium in the bathroom, spilt nasty month old water on my carpet and left it there in my hallway outside of the restroom/washroom and they also put a ding in my wall. The maintance man did not report to the office any of the things he did to my apartment. They were "shocked" and "had no idea" when I brought it to their attention. They promised to have someone come clean my carpet, I am still waiting. Nicole is rude and ahs NO intensions of helping her residents. None of them do, they want money!!! The next major issue I had was during Hurricane Harvey.. My patio doors had water dripping out of the ceiling above them. I have one in my living room and one in my bedroom, the carpet in both rooms was soaked. I went to the office several time regarding this and they never addressed it. The sheetrock above the patio door in my bedroom leaks when it rains to this day. They don't care. There are roaches HORRIBLY and bed bugs. They charge a monthy fee for pest control however what they use doesn't work. I had to pay for it myself to get rid of the bugs in my apartment. My next big complaint is the property itself. There is trash everywhere. Mind you we pay a mandatory vale trash fee of $30 a month plus the city trash rebill. If you do the math they make over $10,000 a month on TRASH alone. The dumpsters by my building and several others throughout the property stay full. There are buzzards, big nasty buzzards hanging around the parking lot picking through the trash. The trash can by the mail boxes stays overflowing. I brought all this to Nicole's attention on more than on occasion and she acts surprised like she doesn't even walk or drive the property. She is there to collect a check and you money too. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!! If I wasn't tied up in a lease I would have moved already. They like to brag on the fact the police officers live on property.. So what, this property is not there personal mission. They do not patrol or do anything associated with these apartments unless its a call to 911 or the pd for assistance. The walls are thin, I can hear every sound my neighbors make (how fun). I know when they wake up, when they vacuum and when they do laundry. I can hear every single sound from outside as if my window were wide open. To say I am unhappy with this apartment management and the community would be an understatement!! I do have pics with date and time stamps if you'd like to see.

Nice apartments and they actually have a pool and a fitness center. Just wish they didn't make me pay a pet deposit.
