I rated it poor but if there was a awful or pitiful one I would have marked that. This was the worst apartment I've ever been in. I hated to cook because I couldn't everytime I cooked. I seen 50 million of roaches come out and also soon as I Start to clean the apartment they would come out crawling everywhere. I couldn't even sleep because I have found roaches crawling on me in my sleep. I would never tell anyone bout this apartment I would tell them to never come here.there is more I could say

Window's are out dated and let a lot of air come in.Cabinets are rotting and need replaced.paint let's thing's stick to it after a time having item's left on shelf's.

More than a place to call home. Friendly peaceful community just inside Waco city limits. Excellent maintenance. We have a beautiful pool and we are also close to schools and convenient to most shopping malls.
