I love living at Saddlebrook East. My apartment is nice, clean, and quiet. The area is very safe and convenient.

Very disorganized. Sent multiple charges and bills at different times so I would always have to check multiple times to make sure I paid everything. Receptionist, Dee, is very rude and one of the laziest employees at Saddle Brooke. I'm grateful that I did not do a full year lease.

The struggle is real! I don't normally do this sort of thing but I think people have the right to know things before they sign a lease. First off, insist on seeing your actual apartment before you pay for anything. Your actual apartment will look very different than the models. Next, understand that the amenities are there but you have limited use. The basketball court and play areas are keyed entry but they don't give you a key when you sign your lease. The hot tub does not work most of the time and no one in the office knows why or when it will be fixed. It is a serious mystery around here. Then there is maintenance. Almost a month ago I put in a work order for my thermostat. After several days, talking to several people, and having to revisit the office, they assured me a new one was ordered. A week ago there was a notice on my door that they had come by to check on my thermostat and that they were ordering a new one! Meanwhile we have been using a boxed space heater. Ha, ha! I have given this some thought. Let's see how long it takes them. Perhaps they read their own reviews. Anyway, we all pay for the roof over our head somewhere, just be careful.

Housing is amazing, Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond to problems. Management IS NOT fast to address complaints about pet waste, residents following rules with pets or complaints about noise.
