    I recently had a friend move in to this complex and they misrepresented the actual unit she would be moving into. The unit showed lamanent or wood floors and had been fully updated. Hers was not updated when she walked around with no shoes on her feet were black from the dirty carpet. Upon washing her first load of clothes, put them in the dryer and it did not work! I would make sure you get full details of what you will be moving into and have them check all appliances beforehand if you consider these apartments!!

    Management is nice and friendly until you sign the lease. Had to sign the lease before I could actually even see the apartment that would be mine and it does not have everything I was told it would have. They dont seem to be worried about maintenance issues unless its a high priority matter, I cant even get the items on my move in list taken care of.

    The office is open 7 days a week. They respond in a decent time frame when requests, phone calls/messages, or other concerns are brought up. Property is kept clean. Pest control comes every quarter for normal maintenance. Pet friendly. Clean apartment.

    This was a very nice apartment complex to live in. My apt was in the back, so it was very quiet. The management did every thing they could to insure great service from themselves and maintenance.
