Management is nice and friendly until you sign the lease. Had to sign the lease before I could actually even see the apartment that would be mine and it does not have everything I was told it would have. They dont seem to be worried about maintenance issues unless its a high priority matter, I cant even get the items on my move in list taken care of.

Excellent service provided by the staff and the way the maintenance staff keeps the grounds and apartments is the best I have ever seen.

The office is open 7 days a week. They respond in a decent time frame when requests, phone calls/messages, or other concerns are brought up. Property is kept clean. Pest control comes every quarter for normal maintenance. Pet friendly. Clean apartment.

This was a very nice apartment complex to live in. My apt was in the back, so it was very quiet. The management did every thing they could to insure great service from themselves and maintenance.

Overall stay was quiet, pleasant until time to move out. Charged for replacing entire counter top because they said there was a stain. Charged for replacing the carpet which just needed to be shampooed.
