The staff has been wonderful. Responded and repaired a couple of issues the same day we reported it. Quite and close to food, fun, shopping and the interstate.

Same management company, but different personnel...they are horrible. Our friends and family have all moved out or are in the process of doing so. The management has had the pool fountain and airation system off for over a month now - despite complaints about the pools awkward smell and crudeness. I worked in the Health Department for years, I am a medical resident, and this pool is a prime candidate for a cryptosporidium outbreak. The windows are leaking in the rain, there is dog feces in the lawns, and the gym equipment is in decrepitude (not safe anymore). The new management has been rude, has lied multiple times, and insulted my friends husband by making fun of his name (implying in an email that he was female). Im sorry...this place used to be good. The maintenance staff are good people, but the new managers are just flat out bad. Do not move here. 2015 was a great time...2018 is a nightmare. 0/10 rating.

The Retreat is a great place to live - excellent location, beautiful inside and out, safe, with a pleasant office staff. Any concern or request I have is addressed immediately.
