Emerson Park

This property is a good property to live in. Theee are a couple things that could use attention. One being the gates. They work with the clicker on some days and on others they don't. Lack basic up keep. I have lived in many apartment complexes and I am used to the common areas and walk ways being fairly clean. Here they some what get cleaned when the landscapers blow them off. Maint. Is okay the head guy Cory is the only one who cares to fix the issue correctly. My hat is off to him because he understands that yes this is his job but at the end of the day we are the ones who call this place a home.

I think this is a very well kept property and the front office staff is wonderful.

It is a relatively quiet place with beautiful greenbelt areas. As with any apartments, there are some neighbors louder than others however, they can not be heard through the walls just when doors are slammed, or they are out on their patios. The staff is amazing and extremely courteous. Maintenance is top notch, you never have to wait long for something to be fixed, and it is not just patched up or the bare minimum. Things are fixed properly. The only complaints I have is the parking and phone systems. Most of the parking is covered which you have to pay for and for those that do not have it, it is hit and miss where you will park. Also, it is very hard to get a hold of the staff via telephone. Through no fault of the staff, the phone system is a bit of a pain. If you want to call and ask a quick question that is not likely to happen. It is best you just wait to get off of work and go to the office in person.
