    Withou a doubt the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. to call this place a ghetto would be an insult to getthos. nasty looking apartment complex, tile maintenance, and it literally seems that the apartment management staff just doesn't care they've given up. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy

    Bugs, smoking neighbors, broken alarm system, cracks in the walls and ceiling, rent to high for a studio, raised my rent to $150 dollars over average....3 year tenant. Paid parking.

    The staff is sometimes rude when you say something is wrong with the apartment. They typically try to blame you for what has gone wrong. There is no outgoing mail box which is inconvenient as well as the fact that there is no gym at the complex. The gate is more often open (broken) than not. However, it is in an excellent location for clear lake.

    Just a couple of months into my lease had some issues with the management staff,, just a couple of examples fined me for having tires on my patio which is not in compliance with the patio related policy but has not fined either one of my neighbors for bed railing which has been on their patio for 8 months now, and others but I won't go into details. I personally feel that this is discriminating in numerous ways.

    When I first moved in it was fabulous, it was also my first apartment on my own, however 3 weeks after I moved in there were police offices searching the premises for criminals with outstanding warrants, 3 months later the entire building I was in was infested with roaches, I complained they sprayed then stated that they had professionals come in and bomb; they did it themselves and the problem became worse. I moved out 3 months early and paid double rent.

    Anytime we have an issue that needs to be resolved, it always gets taken care of within an acceptable amount of time. Even though sometimes it seems like we have a number of request, they are always helpful and never seem to mind. The office staff is very approachable and easy to talk to about issues and concerns.
