I lived here for over almost 2 years and loved it. I actually miss living there and wish I never had left my home. Awesome staff from the office to maintenance! They definitely take care of all residents and make sure all amenities are kept well.Great place to live at. Walking distance to absolutely everything.

Best apartment I've ever lived at. Management is great. They are kind and respectful. Pet friendly. Amazing location. I never hear neighbors, the walls are very well sound-proofed. Safe area. Would highly recommend.

Have lived here almost a year and have loved every minute of it! Perfect location, spacious newly built apartments, great staff, and pet friendly. I don't have any complaints and recommend the Alvera to everyone!

I have lived here since it opened. I have lived in a lot of different apartment complexes over the years, but this one is the nicest not just because of the actual apartment, or the amenities (which are awesome!), but also because of the staff. They have an amazing Maintenance supervisor, Craig, who is very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. I love the location as well, so close to amazing restaurants, stores, and the freeway. They also allow pets, but when they built the place they even took that into account and added extra padding into the floors and extra insulation in the walls to help with any noise pollution! They treat all the residents really well and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!!
