My husband and I have lived here for 7 weeks now and starting from day two, we have complained about the people living above us. These people do not walk softly and have no idea how to live in an apartment and respect other apartment dwellers. Everyone put yourself in our shoes and try to eat dinner with Clydesdale horses stomping above your dinner table. When we complained to management, they first told us to call the police and tell them to come in the back of the building so the people wouldn't see them coming. Of course, they never heard anything. We did this 4 times. Management said they would come up if it WERE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. They were never here when the noise happen. Management said if it happened during quiet hours ( 10 PM to 8) they could do something. So when the Clydesdals began between 6 AM and 7:30 AM I again let management know. Again they did not make an effort to verify it. All they did.was offer a different apartment with no guarantees the same situation wouldn't happen again. We are retirees in our upper 60's and it took us 4 days to move in. We don't move as fast as we used to, not to mention, we're not as strong. We've been here 7 weeks and it has been the WORST 7 weeks of our life. We can't go to bed early if we're tired, we can't have a peaceful dinner at night and we can't sleep late on our days off. The only quiet time is when these people are gone. If we hadn't signed a one year lease we would be moving. I even asked about that and was denied the option. Also, we were told the people above us felt harassed. PEOPLE BEWARE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN HERE. THE LEASE MEANS NOTHING AND THEY HAVE THIS C.A.M. fee for maintenance that your not told about.

ROACHES, OUTDATED, DAMAGED, EXCESSIVE FEES, DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex seems good at first site, however there are multiple issues here. First off, the apartment was not ready to be moved into, it was dirty, door handles were loose, door stops were missing, the carpet was disgusting, there were stains on the wall, scratches on the vanity, scratches along with holes in the walls, and most of our lightbulbs were burnt out. I made the property manager aware of the issues, only some of them were taken care of. The roaches are disgusting, it's truly awful and i am simply waiting for my lease to be over, save yourself the hassle, time, and money.
