                                          the schools are good and there are many friends that live nearby. It isn't too close to the freeway, but close enough to restaruants and stores.

                                          I like that I'm close to downtown. I also like how there are many convenient stores near by me. I also like that public transportation is close by to me. During the day, there is security for Temple Hospital that patrol the streets

                                          I love that my neighborhood is safe and clean. I love that we have a really nice new park within walking distance. We also have two neighborhood pools that are very fun and kept clean. I love that we have bigs yards in our neighborhoods and a really nice walking trail.

                                          It's on a hill so I don't have to have a water tower, which I sometimes fear will fall and flood my house. That would ruin the resale value.

                                          We know most neighbors, the kids can ride there bikes with very little traffic. We watch out for each other.

                                          It's very good for public transportation. This is a multi cultural neighborhood and you can get some great food around here. I don't do anything around here but because the transportation is so good I can easily go somewhere else where it's safer by bus.
