One of the best places I have lived by far. Perfect location close to lots of shopping and a short drive to Salt Lake City. I have never had management that does all they can for the tenants before I lived here. Wish I could have stayed longer but had to move due to my job.

I honestly wish I could give it zero stars. When I first moved here back in April 2020, the property manager was awesome. Then she left and no one took over as property manager. Maintenance requests were almost never answered unless you constantly contact them via email over and over, because the phone number that's provided; no one ever answers, and the voicemail box is ALWAYS full so you can't even leave a voicemail. There dog waste trashcan was always overfilled, so on those hot days, it just wreaked. The parking is a mess, absolute mess. Everyone has a two car garage... Everyone. And people still park behind their cars, blocking the roads, blocking the guest parking so they can't get out, and all they do is put warning notices, and do nothing about it. Someone finally reached out to us about our lease coming due less than 30 days away, and they expected a 60 day notice... The apartments themselves are nice, but honestly not worth the hassle. And the internet sucks.

noone responds or even picks up the phone.i was so interested to move there i left like so many voicemails,calls,messages..yet to recive the virtual tour after 1 month ..fed up so not intereted anymore
