they're very understanding of personal situations and they've got lovely and clean housing areas and the staff in the office is very sweet and easy to work with

The rent is good for the size of apartment but the toilets dont flush well and the appliances are outdated. I have not been able to to use the dishwasher since living here and the oven gets really hot when I use it.

The staff is excellent, they will usually do what they can to help you as did situations will arise in day to day living. the maintenance staff is great, a work order it is done that day unless a unforeseen circumstance comes up. I will do mystery shopping for apartments through out the Wasatch front and I have seen more luxurious complexes but I have not found one that has the size and quality of the units for the price. I have not found a better value in area after inspecting over 40 units.

Management always friendly and willing to address concerns and issues quickly and completely. Maintenance personnel always work quickly and leave work area clean when work is complete.
