Management always friendly and willing to address concerns and issues quickly and completely. Maintenance personnel always work quickly and leave work area clean when work is complete.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called Falcon park a week ago and let them know of my current credit situation. As I am divorced and the pandemic hit me pretty hard with medical bills. I asked if it was worth it to apply and they said yes. So I applied, sent all my information over and was even going to go to the bank today to make the deposit check (per their demand). Got a phone call letting me know I was denied but she refused to give me an answer as to why and told me I would get an email explaining why. Well I got the email and it also states that they cannot tell me why I was denied. I feel like I was given false hope from Falcon Park and wasted money on an application that I clearly should not have filled out. My aunt lived in these apartments for years and they have never been updated. Not even the carpet. But being a single mom and trying to find something affordable, this was one of my last options. I would not recommend that anyone waste their time even looking at Falcon Park. They are the opposite of transparent and are banking on these applications just to deny people without giving a reason why. Very disappointed to say the least.

We went through the application process gave holding deposit my husband was told they are finishing up prep of paperwork only to be called later with denial, and were having the hardest time getting out deposit back.

I did a walk through and application kept in contact paid for back ground check to find out place was already rent out not good
