Good things about this apartment are definitely it's location and you have Ancestry/Adobe/Supermarkets & Shopping malls nearby. The biggest problem is the hidden charges and a very cold /cut throat management. When we left the apartment ,we ensured we gave it back much cleaner than how it was handed over to us. We even took extensive videos and photos as evidence which we shared. Also,since our apartment was unfurnished and ours was a short stay in the country, we didn't use the cable connection or TV remote. When I didn't hear back on my caution deposit for a long time,I mailed them asking for it and they sent some "Ledger" copy in which they had charged 160 USD for cleaning the house and 40 USD for remote.Apart from this they had randomly charged 31USD for trash,19USD for water 5 USD for service 23 USD for sewer and 9USD for Electricity and Gas(Mind you, You deal with Electricity and Gas separately and pay authorities directly/separately not sure why apartment charges you under this head).Random charges, Intimidating spot fines and most of the time very cold replies is what you get from the managemetm. This community has lot of potential to be the best in Lehi unfortunately management is being penny wise and pound foolish.Former Tenant from H3067
