    The rental office pays for reviews and for good reason, the place is over 35 years old and not properly maintained. Windows leak in cold air, so heating is quite expensive. No separate water bill, so a 1-bedroom apartment water/sewage bill is over $40 in addition to rent. Dog feces all over, since no one cleans up after their VERY large dogs. Do yourself a favor and pass on this disgusting place!

    I absolutely love living here. The grounds are always kept up with, the pool/picnic area's even cleaner. This apartment complex is so beautiful and homey as well as a welcoming staff. The front office is helpful and very patient with answering all your questions.

    Most everything is great here. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is because the stairwells are rusted out....and it embarrasses me to invite guests here. The management does make sure the grounds are always picked up and nice.

    So far I've been satisfied with the apartments and the staff that works here. My only complaint really is that there is hardly any uncovered parking. Also the appliances are super old! Our dishwasher is losing pegs daily and our microwave is a dial microwave that doesn't even spin!

    About a week before we moved in to our apartment they called us and told us the unit we were going to move into wasn't available and they would be giving us a different unit. The unit we were assigned has appliances from 1985. The microwave, the stove, and the oven are seriously older than I am. The apartment was not cleaned well enough when we moved in. We have also had issues with the lack of available parking. The office staff are not very helpful or friendly.

    Horrible office staff that really doesn't take any notice or concern to tenants,bug infested apartments, neighbors smoke inside their apartments, apartments are overpriced for such poor quality.
