My wife and lived in Cottonwood Apartments for 2+ years. When we moved in there were things still broken in ou Read Morer apartment. It took them 2 months to get fixed since the maintanance crew had our apartment down as empty. We had horrible experiences with the managament as well. They were never helpful with our needs. Always passed us off as quickly as they could. There are too many bad experiences to list here. I tried writing a few, but there is not enough space to write all I would like.

There really is nothing to recommend about Cottonwood Apartments anymore other than the excellent location. Th Read Moreere is tremendous turnover with the staff. They do not care about their residents' happiness. They constantly admonish their residents and threaten them with punishments. They do not properly communicate lease terms at signing. Maintenance requests take forever to fulfill, and they always do a cursory job so that the problem resurfaces soon after. Rents have gone through the roof.

Unauthorized entry by maintence. maintence supervisor repeatedly sped through parking lot. items stolen from a Read Morepartment by maintence. leak that took five months to fix despite multiple pictures and video's sent to onsite manager, and corporate office. documented misrepresentation and lies from onsite manager to corporate office regarding leak. also lies from manager to state inspector. required contact by two different state inspectors. leak violated salt lake county municipal code, and lease.
