Pros: The studio and 1 bedroom apartments that had been renovated were super tiny but looked great. The property was clean, well-kept and quiet, even though it's right across the street from a run-down trailer park- I had no problem with it since the residents seemed quiet and respectful of others, though. Cons: The huge drawback was that the rent is actually much higher than advertised. They low-ball the prices online in the hopes of drawing in customers, claiming their 300-sq ft studios are $675 even though they charge close to $740 for "parking and amenities," which exclude the cost of utilities like water, electricity, etc. Add in the utilities and the cost comes in close to $820/month for a 300-sqft studio. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The complex has nice enough staff, but the price is steep for what it is. The appliances are old and give the apartments a feeling of grunge. New paint on the walls, which was nice. Carpet is old and frayed- lots of use. Where there is wood laminate there are paint stains throughout. Overall it feels like things were rushed and just the minimum has been done to keep the apartments livable.

The only reason it's good is because it took them 2 weeks to replace something really easy. When I went to the office the second time... two weeks later.. The office lady said that's weird they marked it as completed. I'll make sure I get someone out there today or tomorrow. And she made it happen. So the Staff in the office is brilliant. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, courteous and kind. I just think maybe some coaching needs to be made to maintenance

All they are concerned about is getting the most money possible from every person. They advertise cheap rent but by the time you pay for parking, cable(which doesn't lower what you end up paying to Comcast), and the other fees , you are paying the same as anywhere else. The heater/ac is a joke, there is no actual thermostat like a real house or apt. It's either on or off. I could go on and on...

Very expensive with old buildings and small apartments with poorly laid out floor plans. Hard to keep warm in the winter.

The grounds were kept up very well and the maintenance staff was friendly. The office staff was kind of snobby sometimes, but they were mostly capable.
