The staff is by far the best thing about Hampton. Take care of this team they are what keeps residents happy repeating and sending referrals.

The dog parks are horrendous. Really bad. I won't even go in to the park, unless to pick up the feces my dog did. Additional being next to the dumpster doesn't help at all. There is a constant smell of urine and feces accompanied by flies. But as far as the rest of the grounds as the playground, pool area, the walk ways, the parking lots; everything is well kept. The staff are the best I have ever had to do business with. Friendly and very welcoming, but they need to have more cookies ready.

After searching for an apartment for weeks we finally arrived at Hampton place. My wife and I fell in love with the location and cleanliness of the complex. After our 7 months here I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a place to live.
