Pebble Creek is anything you could expect from an apartment complex. We enjoyed our year there and never had any problems.

The apartment was near my work, so I thought the place was convenient and nice. I was allowed to have my dog there, and we had a huge yard to play in. I had brand new carpet and paint, and a balcony overlooking the pool. However, every couple months, a new leak would come through the ceiling. Half of the paint peeled off. The apartment below me was a below-ground apartment and it COMPLETELY flooded up to ground level. Twice. Mold. No heat. Maintenance never answered the "emergency" phone number.

In the winter time the snow removal was less than satisfactory. The snow plows would always come after the snow had been packed down, and salt was never spread on top of the snow. This means that before too long the snow became ice. My wife had to put her car into four wheel drive just to get in and out of the parking lot. The maintenance was also very slow and unpredictable. There was only one maintenance man for the entire complex. At one point we went without a water heater for nearly a week
