Pretty solid place to live, large apartments for good price considering the area. Only thing Id say is the outside needs updating, the shingle things look old and worn should be replaced but other than that no major complaints.

I would leave a zero star if I could! Sure staff is friendly, place is cute! But the big issue is that if you complain of an issue they will make you out to be the bad person! We lived there 1 year 11 months, we had people below us that smoked, the first year they where good about smoking out side most of the time, yet would still smoke inside, even though lease says no smoking in side! Well 1 year 1 month of us being there we complained of smoking, and our place smelling like it. We lived up stairs and the smell was coming up into our place. Our son has health issues and this was causing more. He ended up with sleep apnea due to the smoke! We have medical records to prove this. We would call, email and go in to the office to talk about this issue, they would tell us they would talk to them. They would smoke out side some, but if weather was bad they would smoke inside! Well we complained again and 13 days later where given a notice we can not stay another year, we where told two different reasons, 1. cause we harassed the people who smoked! We never did! Look up the laws they harassed us! 2. Cause we are causing trouble! We caused trouble cause we complained of smoking inside when lease said no! Well we said ok, we asked if we move out early if we could get our deposit back and not be penalized for moving out! Was told yes, we could do that. Well we stay up till 1 month before lease was up! We moved out 2 months before lease but paid that 1 month. We got a bill for the last month and a bill for other items, that per lease after 2 years your charged nothing!! They refuse to work with us on this, We told them keep our deposit and drop the rest! They will not do that! Beware of this place!!

They were very helpful when first applying and moving in, but after that, i could get nothing done. The cleanliness of the appartment when moving in was horrendous. There were small body hair smeared all over the walls from cleaning the bathroom then wiping the walls down with the same cloth. It was hard to get a handyman to come by within the time frames they were given. Over all i felt that they were more worried about getting paid then about maaking sure the property was in a fair condition.

There is a cable charge whether you use it or not even though we were told it would be optional. We cleaned our apartment and shampooed the carpet and they wouldn't give us our deposit back. It was one reason after another. They said we didn't pay our last utility bill so they used the deposit for it but when I proved that we did they then said that it was 'too late' to give back our deposit.
