All I can say is, look at their property management reviews, Peak Living and you should rethink ever living in one of their properties. The continue to raise the rent, even in the middle of your lease, and its not just a little bit either. You will have it raised 200-300. The use the HUD median gross income statistics for doing this, even though HUD states this doesnt mean they have to even raise the rent, or raise it as high as these people choose to do. They do NOT care about their residents, and will try to push you out by these tactics. The apartments are cheaply made, counter tops and cab nests are old and cheap and not worth the price these greedy people ask for. Steer clear of Peak Living properties!

I enjoy my apartment and the view from the 3rd story. It has a decent size balcony which is awesome! Good for patio furniture and entertaining! I like how they replaced the carpet in the living room, bathrooms, kitchen, dining and hallway with hard wood flooring. The cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms could use an update along with the fridge and dishwasher but other than that we've been able to make it feel like home and comfortable and cozy. The stairs leading to the apartments and pathways on each level could use a power washing for sure. Other than that it's peaceful and a great price for what is offered! The community managers were super sweet and helpful when moving in and made the process easy! They were great to work with being a first time renter!
