The Cove at Pleasant View

Miss this place! I didnt want to move out because peoples here are friendly. Even the manager and maintenance are 100% wonderful to their tenants! This area is safe for the kids and the pets too. Jamie is the wonderful lady she always on time when we need her to come fix something in our place! The fitting room is huge and clean! I will say everything in this place are 100% clean. Always beautiful day and night! Wish I didnt move out but I cant afford it. Thanks to the people in the office also to Jamie for everything

We have lived here for about seven months and we really like it here. We have a three bedroom, two and a half bath and it has more than enough room for us. The manager is very prompt if you have questions. They mow the grass regularly, the clear all the snow and everything looks great. People complain about pet waste but management has a handle on it I think. There is a pool and hot tub on-site...they are under repair right now, but that is life. My only complaint is the parking. Most folks don't park in their garages, or like me, they cannot fit their vehicles inside. Ending on a positive note, they recently upgraded the internet and it works great now. Before a few weeks ago, we could not stream from movie sites like Vudu...but now it works every time. Thank you for that!!

Carpet is terrible. Folding in a lot of places up stairs. People trip on it. Also the carpet nails poke through bad on the edges and stairs. Has cause quite a few pokes and scratches. Also, cabinet drawer fronts in kitchen seem poorly made and are loose. They fall off regularly when using the drawers. I have even tightened them a few times. Some kids door bell ditch once in a while and even keyed my door bell button. That can get annoying. I like everything else quite a bit.

The internet connection is very slow (max of 20 mbps) and keeping even one device hooked up is a struggle. There are no options to upgrade this.

Why isnt recycling an option?? The fitness center is in poor shape, equipment is low end, doesnt work properly and has broken pieces of plastic everywhere.

The Cove at Pleasant View townhouses were beautiful! It was so nice being the first ones in a brand new facility. The layout was well thought out and utilized. there didn't seem to be a lot of wasted space. The kitchen island was my absolute favorite! It was big and beautiful. The kitchen had a fantastic amount of storage. A few complaints I have would be parking. There wasn't enough extra parking spaces and so a lot of people had to park on the street.

A great place to live for families. We lived here for two years and the staff is always helpful and friendly! I highly recommend living here :)

The living space is smaller but nice, we had problems with parking near our apartment. The dog park has a lot of poop that has yet to be picked up by dog owners and the trash cans normally fill up as the poop bags run out. Not a bad place to live, walls aren't super thin but you can hear someone tapping through them.

Great place to live, friendly atmosphere, Rachel and Jaime are amazing. Quick to get approved and move in. Any maintenance issue is handled quickly.

One lady Rachel, LITERALLY SAVED me and my mom from being homeless. These guys are so diligent, courteous, and all around a god sent. If Rachel didn’t help us when she did my mother and i would probably be sleeping in a gutter by now. THANK YOU RACHEL!!!

We have lived here for several years now, and it's been a positive experince. To be fair the upstairs can be a little warm at night during the summer and turn over at the manager level seems annual. All in all, community is very safe, dog friendly and well maintained. The onsite Maintenace is a rock star, she puts her heart and soul into the job, and it shows. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to live.

My family and I have lived here for 3 years and love it. Facilities are nice and well kept. Manager is very nice and makes sure maintenance helps you when you need it. For apartment living we wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

We have been very happy calling The Cove at Pleasant View home! It is a quiet and safe neighborhood and pet friendly. The kitchen is particularly spacious, with a huge island, granite countertops, and a spacious pantry. The master bathroom and walk in closet are also very roomy. Parking is never a problem with an attached two stall garage. Grounds are well kept and the pool and hot tub are great. We have only had to call maintenance once, and the minor issue was quickly fixed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend living at The Cove at Pleasant View!
