            Per the lease & Utah Code Section 57-17-2, we were to receive a refund of the balance of any security deposit, and a notice of any deductions from the security deposit allowed by law within 30 days after the tenancy has ended. It has now been 36 days and we have yet to receive our deposit &/or notice of any deductions.
