My apartment unit is very nice, having undergone a recent remodel when I moved in a couple of years ago.) I rent one of the smaller two-bedroom units (this floorplan is not shown on the Country Springs website). While the bedrooms are somewhat small, both coming in around 100 sq.ft., all of the two-bedrooms come with two full bathrooms including washer/dryer hookups in the guest/second bedroom. Washer/dryer sets can be rented for $40 per month. The larger two-bedroom floor-plan has a very spacious living room, which makes up some for the smaller bedrooms. The one-bedroom floor plan is very cozy, and is best either for a single person, or a young couple without too many possessions. The maintenance staff is on point with any needed repairs, and strives to be very quick in responding to more urgent matters needing attention after hours. The grounds are well-maintained as well, with the common areas being clean, nicely landscaped, with the amenities (including a swimming pool, hot tub, weight room, and onsite coin-operated laundry) kept in good repair. Extra storage can also be rented as needed including smaller "extra closet"-sized storage ($15/month) up to a standalone single-car garage unit ($100?/month - not sure of this price, don't quote me). The management staff is very friendly and accommodating to all (reasonable) requests. They very quickly get to know you on a first name basis. They are always willing to answer questions, sign for and hold packages for you, and get any maintenance requests written up in maintenance's efficient ticketing system. The office is open for reasonable hours during the week and on Saturdays.

Management responsiveness to maintenance requests is extremely poor, and it can take over a week for them to complete simple requests. Abandoned cars sit in the carport area for months, and management has yet to do anything despite being made aware.

I've lived at County springs for almost 3years now, so I feel qualified to give an accurate description of the general experience here. My apartment is very attractive and comfortable. It has been in good repair, and when something did go wrong, someone was always there to solve the problem. Management and staff are very friendly. The grounds are well kept and attractive. Though I now and then encountered problems, they were minor and easily solved.

My lease started on July 10th but I was moving into my apartment on July 28th or 29th because I was out of town. But to my surprise I found that they did not finish preparing the apartment and they were cleaning it. They could not give me the key because the key was with cleaners. The management apologized but my moving was delayed. I did not expect this. Someone used electricity while I was not in the apartment during the month of July. The management should refund me back that amount charged.

I would call my apartment good, basic, and clean, but it is a ridiculous amount of money to pay. I am making a mortgage sized payment for a cramped apartment with low-grade appliances and fixtures. A good apartment but not a good value.
