Unprofessional. Worst renting experience I've ever experienced. Would NEVER recommend residences at Mayfield to anyone.

Me and my husband and our two dogs have lived at mayfield for a year and a half with our lease ending next March. Overall the apartment is great, we love the dog park and the landscaping. A few things to be aware of: as a resident you're responsible for paying part of the clubhouse's utilities whether you use the clubhouse or not, getting a maintenance worker to the apartment is a hassle (we've had them no show twice which is a big deal because we have two dogs that we have to secure)

The rent is way too expensive for what the rooms provide. They say there is no HOA fees but they charge over $125 for fees associated with the club house. The staff in the office is not trained properly and have a hard time finding answers to questions. They raised my rent when I decided to stay longer by almost $100 extra a month. The managers and staff changes very much with people quiting or getting fired. My overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend anyone live there.

Over priced, dirty hallways, so so landscaping. The fact that you charge people cleaning fees, carpet fees, painting fees when they move out is ridiculous. My apartment was spotless and it should be a case by case basis. I was quoted a final move out charge, paid it and then was notified I owed $3.00 and wanted me to drive all the way there to pay it? It was your misquote and you should have waived the 3 dollars. I don't recommend your location.

Terrible service from the office staff! I was called away for disaster relief in southern Utah for the Army National Gaurd and so I was a day late on my rent. I explained my situation but was still charged the $150 late fee. Embarrassing!

Understandably expensive, the fact that the only internet package available is a phone/cable/internet is just a joke, it's a rarity that I would need a phone line and with Netflix and Hulu, cable is a waste. Take it out of the package or make it an option if you want people to interested/stay longer. Also the fact that there are no peep holes in the front door, as an introverted person I terror in fear when someone knocks or rings the bell that I'm not expecting..
