Management has been awful. They were dishonest about a few things moving in. Also have been very unhelpful and rude. My lease is needing soon and couldnt be more happy. Although management is being the absolute worst during this process and is constantly threatening legal action over like everything. So hopefully moving out isnt to much of a nightmare.

They keep raising the rent not just a little but a lot. Every year they raise it. They raised the pet fee from $15 to $40. At this time during this virus rent should not be raised. And there is no way to know if you are being charged fairly as other renters. Its not a bad place to live but for the cost of rent.

residents are friendly, management is helpful and friendly, being confined to a power chair it is nice not to have yard work to do nor stair to climb. The grounds keeper does a good job keeping the complex looking nice.

My confidence in the management, at the corporate level, is going down. It used to be great. I have the perception that there is a greater concern about making and keeping money more than anything else. I understand that this is a business for making money, but I wonder at times about the ethics/morals and how they go about making said monies. I could be wrong about all of this. If so, please let me know. Also the maintenance staff does outstanding work. Thanks.
