Orchard Cove

The employees are very responsive and polite. My kids have really enjoyed all the different play grounds and pool. The grounds are kept very nice.

The people in the front office are awesome!

These are great apartments! I loved living here. Pickleball courts and pool are great, the manager is very helpful and the apartments are really big.

The over all office is just doing what they have to do to satisfy a resident. They do what it takes to keep the community clean and the residents happy.

I have lived here for 3 yrs and my experience has been excellent. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. I love that the complex is very kid oriented. Also, anytime I've needed maintenance done they responded immediately and haven taken care of the issue. Highly recommended

Very excellent apartments for the price they give them. Great community and friendly. The staff is fantastic and very kind to respond your questions and help you through each step of the way. I would highly reccoment that if you are looking for a place to stay short or long term then this would be the place.

Love this place. Management is great, apartments are huge, love the pool and pickleball court - definitely recommend.

I moved here from New Jersey and have loved it ever since. Quiet community and friendly neighbors. Leasing office is quick to reply to any concerns. Definitely recommend!

We visited today for the first time and “Sophia” was awesome. She was super nice and helpful when touring the model apartment. Answered all of our questions and we left feeling very good about Orchard Cove and want to rent there. Thank you Sophia!

This is such a lovely apartment complex. Staff is super friendly

the poor up keep of the outside. not a ton of pet owners pick up their dog chap. there is always trash on the ground. cigarette butter all over. the neighbors most of then are nice. but others harass your children and then cry out like they are the victims. I will never recommend this place. nothing ever gets done like they day they will so. also don't go off the hours listed on the web site. they are never in the office when they should be.

I've been here 5 years and just signed on for another 14 months. I've really enjoyed it here, and both management and maintenance have been amazing and very helpful. I've found that communication is best and management is very easy to approach about anything. Residents here are friendly and talkative as they walk around the apartment. The holiday contests are a blast and gives the complex a lot of holiday character. This really is a great place to live.

We’ve lived at orchard cove for almost five years. The outside area is perfect for children and the pool is great in the summer. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex if you’re looking for an apartment.

The staff is great! I love it here! They are always so friendly and professional! Been here for 3 years! The apartments are so spacious! I love the quiet little gym on site, they have upgraded it recently and continue to upgrade the rest of the property with new and exciting things! I would recommend Orchard Cove as a place to live to anyone looking to start their rental journey!

I find it very unprofessional to say you open at a certain time wheb every time we try to go to the office at that time no one is there. Just tried to go get a pool key since the locks where changed. The sign says you closed at 1:30 I was there before then and the sign says closed. We have had trouble with snow removal, in the winter as well as sheets of ice due to no drainage. Resulting in falls from my kids, and myself. We have dealt with excess water In the summer due to no drainage resulting In ruined shoes, and bees attracted to the standing water. I am not impressed.

We have had nothing but good experiences at Orchard Cove. It has been a great place to live with our two young kids.
