My wife and I have live at the Falls for seven years and we love the place and staff. Cathy our property manager is the greatest. We have lived in numerous apartments during our marriage and this is by far the best. When it comes time to renew our lease we will be staying at the Falls.

It is the best renting experience I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The management are the best l. They are always forthcoming with any and all information. The maintenance team is superb.

I really like living here, mostly because to the access to a pool and they gym. Anytime I had an issue with at my apartment, such as door knobs loose, bugs coming in, and any other issue, the maintenance would come and fix it with in a day.

I have experienced a lot of staff that unwilling to help me and have been very rude. I have experienced management that will find any little thing to charge you for which makes living here very uncomfortable and I am always in fear of what stupid fee they will charge me with next.
